GMC owns, manages, and maintains a support infrastructure integral to its mission.It operates a mining stockyard with processing center as well as portside logistics facilities. The harvested ore is transported from the mining site over a distance of 17 kilometers to the GMC Processing Center and stockyard that lies proximate to the port of Mati located within a distance of 9 kilometers. At portside, GMC operates a storage and logistics warehouse for products lined up for shipment to the main harbor and ultimately to their final destinations.
